These terms and conditions govern the use of the cockpitLAB platform and the services offered. By using our services, you accept these conditions in their entirety. cockpitLAB is a trademark of JSCT LUX Sàrl.

Definitions
User: Any person registered on the cockpitLAB platform
Client: User who has subscribed to a paid subscription
Platform: The cockpitLAB web application accessible at app.cockpitlab.io
Services: The set of features and content offered by cockpitLAB
Subscription: Access formula to the services (Community, Prime, Business)
Terms Acceptance
Registration on the platform and/or payment of a subscription constitutes full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
In case of disagreement with these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.
Description of Services
cockpitLAB offers the following services:
- Access to an Amazon seller community (Discourse forum)
- Analysis and management tools for Amazon sellers
- Educational content (trainings, tutorials, guides)
- Integration with the Amazon Seller API (SP-API)
- Artificial intelligence-based features
cockpitLAB reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove services at any time, with reasonable notice for paying subscribers.
Subscriptions
Community: Free access to community, forum, and keyword tracking in demo mode
Prime: legal.terms.subscriptions.prime
Business: legal.terms.subscriptions.business
Payment and Billing
- Prices displayed in Euros, excluding taxes (VAT) for professionals
- Payment by credit card via Stripe
- Annual billing, charged upon subscription and then on each anniversary
- Rates may be modified with 30 days' notice before renewal
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. cockpitLAB does not have access to complete banking data.
Usage Rights
The subscription confers a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the cockpitLAB services.
Prohibited Uses
- Share your login credentials with third parties
- Copy, reproduce or resell the platform content
- Using automated systems to extract data (scraping)
- Attempting to bypass security measures or access restrictions
Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@cockpitlab.io. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
cockpitLAB may suspend or terminate an account in case of a breach of these terms, without notice or refund.
Upon termination, access to paid services is immediately revoked. Data may be retained as per our legal obligations.
Liability
cockpitLAB is subject to an obligation of means, not results.
- The information and tools provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice
- cockpitLAB is not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided
- Liability is limited to the subscription amount paid over the last 12 months
- cockpitLAB is not responsible for service interruptions due to third-party providers
- Indirect damages, loss of revenue or data are expressly excluded
Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Services
cockpitLAB integrates artificial intelligence technologies and third-party services to enhance the user experience.
AI Functionalities
- The results generated by AI are provided for informational purposes only
- The user is solely responsible for verifying and using the AI results
- Data processed by AI may be shared with our partners (Anthropic, Groq) according to their terms of service
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Brevo, etc.) whose respective terms of service apply.
cockpitLAB cannot be held responsible for malfunctions, errors, or unavailability of these third-party services.
Amazon SP-API Integration
cockpitLAB allows you to connect to your Amazon Seller account via the official API (SP-API):
- Access is granted via explicit user OAuth authorization
- The retrieved data is used solely for the platform's functionalities
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is deleted after 30 days or upon request
cockpitLAB is not affiliated with Amazon. Amazon and associated brands are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.
Force Majeure
cockpitLAB shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, telecommunications failures, third-party service interruptions, government decisions, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
Confidentiality
The parties agree to keep the information exchanged in the context of their relationship confidential. This obligation will remain in effect for 5 years after the termination of the contract.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
For consumers residing in the EU, a mediation procedure can be initiated via the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR).
